Nigeria international left full back Jamilu Collins refuse to confirm or deny news about the interest of Bundesliga side Stuttgart in his services when the transfer window opens in January.
The Paderborn defender has made appreciable steps this season and it has already earned him a spot in the senior national team of Nigeria, where he presently has four caps to his name.
He is presently the first choice defender at left full back for the Nigeria national team and with 18 appearances to his name this season, it’s didn’t come as a surprise when other teams picked interest in his services.
Asked about the interest of Stuttgart, the 24 year old told Owngoalnigeria.com that he is aware of interest in his services but didn’t mention if Stuttgart were among his suitors.
” I’m aware of the interest from other teams but I’m very happy at Paderborn. In football you never know what might happen especially with the transfer window opening soon. I have heard nothing , maybe something about Stuttgart but you never know these things “, he concluded.
