Sfaxien of Tunisia new signing and Nigeria U-17 World Cup winner Lukman Zakari is still in Nigeria after the 17 year old who was due to arrive Tunisia today was denied entry visa into the country
The drama took place at the Abuja International airport when he attempted to check in his luggages alongside his elder brother but were told they don’t have valid visa to embark on the flight.
All efforts by the 17 year old and his brother to sort out the logjam by insisting they will be issued a visa on arrival was rejected by the airport officials.
Owngoalnigeria.com spoke with his agent Babawo Mohammed who wasn’t on the trip due to pressing commitments as regard the just concluded scout tournament.
“I did all I could on phone but my contact in Abuja who works for my agency was away and that played in the role in the logjam but we have resolved it and he should travel tommorow” Babawo told Owngoalnigeria.com.
