Following the injury to Super Eagles midfield hardman Ogenyi Onazi, coach of the Super Eagles Gernot Rohr has been weighing up options to replace the Trabzonspor man who might likely not make the squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations .

A box to box midfielder who covers lot of grounds , Bonke will no doubt be a perfect fit for the Super Eagles midfield if paired with Leicester City ace Wilfred Ndidi.
