Barcelona new signing Ezekiel Bassey has been under the watch of the handlers of the Nigeria national team even before his move to the La-Liga giants.
Ezekiel gained national recognition when he moved to Spanish giants Barcelona on loan from Enyimba, but his talents has long been noticed by the Eagles technical crew.
Head coach of the Super Eagles Salisu Yusuf told Owngoalnigeria.com correspondent that the technical crew are aware of the talents of the 20 year old forward during his days at Enyimba.
” Ezekiel is not new to me, I coached him at the last CHAN championship in Rwanda, he is one of the players we know have potential to be very good in the future”, Salisu told Owngoalnigeria.com.
” He is very quick and love to have the ball at his feet. I am very sure his true potentials will be unlocked at Barcelona. He will succeed at the club”.
