Romanian side Concordia Chiajna who currently have Christian Obodo on their payroll have added another Nigerian to their team and just like Obodo he came for free.
Michael Odibe who like Christian Obodo played in the Italian Serie A at some time in his career has joined the Romanians on a free transfer on a short term deal.
27 year old Odibe last played for Atyrau in Kazakhthan where he spent two seasons and made 47 appearances but left after the expiration of his contract.
The highly experienced former Nigeria youth international also played in Ukraine from 2011 to 2014 for Dnipro and Arsenal Kyiv.
He joins Concordia Chiajna to help shore up their defence in their bid to beat the drop to the second division in Romania as they are presently 13th on the 14th team Romania Liga 1 table.
