Coach Eusebio Di Francesco of Roma has included highly rated Nigerian right back Nura Abdullahi in his squad for this weekend Serie A game against Napoli.
The ‎Nigerian was listed in the list of 22 players called up by the coach for the game at the Stadio Olimpico, a sign that he has recovered fully from the injury that has kept him out for six weeks.
Since joining the team two years ago, the 20 year old is yet to make his debut for the first team due to health issues, first a minor heart defect and later series of niggling injuries.
However the club displayed their faith in him by extending his contract till the summer of 2022 last month alongside three other highly regarded youth team players.
Known for his blistering pace and ability to whip in telling crosses, he is comfortable as a right back, wing-back and can also play on either side of the flank in attack.
