“Am very happy at Chippa United but this is football and you never know what the future holds, I am captain here at Chippa United seeing me linked with a move to another team shows am doing something great” He told owngoalnigeria.com
Out of contract by the end of the season in South Africa, the 25 year old feels the fact that he is free to sign a pre contract with other teams is part of the reason why he is rumoured to be on his way out.
“Am out of contract at the end of the season and you never know if I will stay or leave as this is football but I honestly think the fact that I can sign pre contract with teams is why the rumours won’t go away” He concluded.
Owngoalnigeria can however reaffirm he will definitely depart Chippa at the end of the season but a close source said he is fully focused on helping Chippa achieve big things as a parting gift.
