Super Eagles forward Anthony Ujah failed to score for the second game in a row in the German Bundesliga as his team suffered an embarrassing 5-1 defeat away to Borrusia Monchengladbach.
The 25 year who joined Werder Bremen in the summer from FC Cologne have so far scored 8 goals this season in the League but against Borrussia Monchengladbach he failed to add to his season goals and lasted only 57 minutes before he was substituted by Fin Bartels.
A brace from Andreas Christensen coupled with goals from Lars Stindl and Haavard Nordtveit ensured Ujah and his teammates crashed to their 11th loss of the season from 20 games and winless in their last five games.
While Borrussia Monchengladbach moved up to 4th on the league table courtesy of the win the loss further compound Werder Bremen woes this season as they are stucked in 16th although they are just two points away from the team occupying the none relegation spot.
