Ex Bayelsa United forward Eric Frimpong is close to penning a return to CAF champions league campaigners Enyimba football club of Aba.
Eric whose elder brother Joetex can be referred to as a legend at the Aba based side owngoalnigeria.com gathered dumped an offer from Niger Tornadoes to team up with the Nigeria champions.
The 25 year old is already training with the Aba Millionaires and in the coming days will conclude his return to the team he played for in 2008 before moving to Tunisia where he turned out for Etoile Du Sahel and CS Hamman-Lif.
He will most likely travel with the team to Kaduna for the Super four championship if negotiations goes smoothly and might even make their rooster for the CAF champions league.
Last season he was on the books of Bayelsa United but was helpless in preventing them from dropping to the Nigeria National League (NNL).
