Little known Nigeria full back Hassan Bala is close to sealing a transfer to Latvia top division strugglers FS Metta/Latvijas Universitate.
Bala had a two year spell with Aspire Academy and after failing to secure a deal at Belgian side Eupen returned back to Kaduna where he teamed up with Clique FC, an academy based in Kaduna.
19 year old Hassan in the words of Clique Fc owner Faisal Abdullahi will travel to Latvia before the end of this week to conclude his signing before his unveiling.
“It’s a done deal Hassan will travel to Latvia within the week to conclude his transfer, We are very happy for him as he is a quality player who deserve to move abroad, Metta have got a real talent on their hands” He told Owngoalnigeria.com
