AS Roma reportedly rejected a bid of €10m from Barcelona for teen star Nura Abdullahi who is rated as the fastest teen in European football right now.

1. He was born in Kaduna State, Nigeria on the 17th of August 1997.
2. Started his career with Future of Africa Football Academy in Kaduna before moving to Football Academy Abuja.
3. He was spotted by Serie B side Spezia two and half years ago when he followed Football Academy Abuja to Italy for a youth tournament.
4. In his first season with the Primavera side of Roma he picked up 12 assists and scored 7 times.
5. At the age of 16 he made the bench twice for Spezia in the Serie B but never got to make his debut.
6. He caught the attention of AS Roma during a Primavera cup game last season and they snapped him up alongside his childhood friend Sadiq Umar.
7. AS Roma presently have an option of buying him permanently at the end of the season and they are reportedly set to exercise the option.
8. He has so far made the bench 5 times for the main team of AS Roma but is yet to make his debut for the main team no thanks to a heart defect he suffered last year.
9. So far he has made 9 appearances for the Primavera side in the league with 3 goals to his name while he has scored once in 7 games in the UEFA youth league.
10. Despite being a full back he can also play as a right winger or midfielder and as a defender his caution record reads one yellow card in over 50 games.
