Turkish champions Besiktas according to reports coming out of Turkey, monitored by Owngoalnigeria.com are in London for talks with Chelsea over a loan deal for Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo.
Besiktas have been locked in talks with Chelsea for more than a month over the transfer of the 22 year old, who spent last season on loan to fellow Turkish side Kasimpasa.
Turkish-Football reports that sources close to the club confirmed that Besiktas President arrived London on Tuesday to hold talks on a proposed loan deal with the option to buy permanently next summer.
