Belgian giants Anderlecht were frustrated from picking up all three points in the UEFA Youth League by Danish side FC Midtylland in a 0-0 draw, with Nigerian Frank Ogochukwu starring for the Danes.
Ogochukwu spotting jersey number 18 played just in front of the defence of his team and, the teen midfielder broke up lots of incursions made by Anderlecht in their search for a goal.
He was also quick in turning defence into attack, making use of the ball while in possession with smart piece of skills that helped him turn away from his markers with ease.
18 year old Ogochukwu is angling to join a long list of Nigerian players who have featured for the Danish side in the last five years, with the duo Rilwan Hassan and Paul Onauchu still in the first team.
Midtylland also had another Nigerian on the bench for the entire duration of the game in 18 year old forward Samson Omonigho. A testament of their rich connection with Nigerian players.
