Victor Osimhen has hit the ground running at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg shortly after turning 18 according to coach of the Nigeria team Gernot Rohr.
Rohr said he spoke with the coach of the German side, who confirmed to him that the Nigerian forward is doing very well in training as his first team debut draws near.
Osimhen will later in the month sign a professional contract and Rohr says he will be considered for the Super Eagles in their subsequent games.
” Victor Osimhen is having a good beginning at Wolfsburg. I spoke with Wolfsburg manager and he said Victor is doing very well. Who says Victor who will be playing in the Bundesliga cannot come and play as our number nine?”, Rohr asked in Lagos.
