Fabian Senninger has pledged his international future to Nigeria ahead of Germany, the country of his birth and his father as he feels more at home with the national team of the country where his mother hails from.
Although he is virtually unknown to many in Germany, Mark reckons that he belongs to a class of upcoming talented defenders in the country.
” Nigeria have stolen one of Germany’s brightest prospect in defence. Senninger has all it takes to be a world class defender in a year or two.
” He recently joined Hannover 96 on a professional deal from Nike Academy, but before then am well aware that he had a short trial with Burnley”, Mark told Owngoalnigeria.com.
” He is very quick, can play as a right or left full back because he uses both feet correctly, he started off as a defensive midfielder, so he can also play there. He was by far the best player at the Nike Academy during his time there”.
