The buzz surrounding the performance of QPR Nigerian midfielder Ebere Eze could earn him a spot in the provisional squad of the senior national team of Nigeria for the World Cup, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively report.
Nigeria will release a 35 man provisional list for the World Cup in Russia in May, and Eze according to a team source close to coach of the Nigerian team Gernot Rohr could be included in the list.
His performance have not gone unnoticed by Rohr, and his scouts have watched him at least three times this season since his return to Championship side QPR after his loan spell at Wycombe Wanderers.
