The immediate future of Taiwo Awoniyi might be away from Liverpool but that has not stopped coach of the team Jurgen Klopp from running the rule on the Nigerian who scored eleven goals last season while on loan in Belgium to modest side Mouscron.
Awoniyi is presently in England with Liverpool doing pre season training even though he is likely to head out on loan with Anderlecht, Club Brugge and Monaco all keen on securing his services for next season.
Klopp is however keen on assessing the Nigerian at close quarters before deciding on the best option for the 20 year old in terms of his development, and Owngoalnigeria.com gathered that he will even follow them to their training tour of the US.
There’s still no confirmation on if he will play in one of the their games in the US, where they will take on Borrusia Dortmund, Manchester City and Manchester United in the International Champions Cup (ICC).
