The rumours surrounding PSG interest in Gent of Belgium midfield tower Anderson Esiti has been confirmed by the player himself in an exclusive chat made available to Owngoalnigeria.com.
Esiti was yesterday linked with a switch to the French giants for a fee in the region of 18 million Euros, with talks reported at an advanced stage as exclusively revealed by this portal yesterday.
The 23 year old joined Gent last summer from Portuguese side Estoril for a fee in the region of €1.5m, with the Portuguese side entitled to 10% of any future transfer away from Gent.
” I’m aware of PSG interest in me, I also know that talks have commenced already but am not in a position to tell you more than what I just did”, he told Owngoalnigeria.com.
The power playing midfielder is also confident that he will win his spot back in the senior national team of Nigeria after falling out of favour with the coaches, who have snubbed him since his last game for Nigeria against Zambia in Ndola which Nigeria won 2-1.
